Cofathec UK, has acquired Berkshire-based Resource Environmental Services Limited, who specialise in mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation work

Cofathec UK has won two national awards at the prestigious PFM (Premises & Facilities Management) Awards in London. 

Cofathec were winners of 'Partners in PPP/PFI' with Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council and 'Partners in Public Service' with EC Harris and Her Majesty's Courts Service in London.

Cofathec UK has announced the acquisition of Deltec Maintenance Company Ltd, a specialist provider of technical services to the retail sector.
